Ondřej co-founded Notum in 2018 and has led it as CEO ever since, with 13 years in the field behind him. He's a client's first partner, helping them work out what they actually need, and he connects the business side with the technical team so clients get a solution that makes sense for them.
Ondřej is also CEO and co-founder of Terapie.cz, and he sat on the board of the Association of Software Agencies (ASWA) from 2023 to 2025. He has given talks in the Czech Republic on React, Strapi, and Next.js, and has co-organized Vue and Strapi meetups. Before Notum, he built QlikView apps at REDA, developed software at ARTIN and Konica Minolta, and worked as a freelance full-stack developer.
