Zuzana is Notum's CFO and the person who led the company through its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. As Personnel Security Manager and Deputy Information Security Manager, she ran the six-month project on Notum's side, working with an external information security consultancy and the internal team to build a security management system that people actually use day to day.
Her path to finance started in software quality. Zuzana joined Notum in 2018 as a QA engineer, spent time as a software engineer in test at NetSuite, and returned to Notum to keep testing before moving into finance in 2022. She became finance manager in 2025 and now looks after the money side of both Notum and Terapie.cz.
She writes about information security, compliance, and what certifications like ISO 27001 mean in practice for clients and their vendor approval processes.
