Noimos AG is a Swiss insurtech startup leveraging technologies like computer vision and machine learning to modernize claims processing workflows.

Our collaboration

• Noimos had an existing team and product when Notum joined, but needed to move faster.
• Our role was to bring in experienced people, ship a working MVP quickly, and keep momentum high while their internal team continued growing.
• We worked closely with their engineers and product owners through the unification of apps, international rollouts, and integration into a insurance company.
• We were one team, worked in full transparency in a long-term partnership.

Roles & Scope

Over a 3-year partnership, our Czech-based team worked side-by-side with Noimos AG’s in-house product and engineering teams.

Frontend‍

Built the next version of the app fast, then delivered modular components for multiple user journeys.

Backend

‍Worked closely with Noimos AG’s engineers and devs to connect features and ensure smooth handoffs.

QA

‍Our QA engineers manually tested all user journeys, built automated tests, and set up a pipeline to run them after every pull request.

UX design

‍Ran user testing, built Figma component systems, and aligned designs with a large insurance company’s internal design standards.

Delivery

We started with 2-week Scrum sprints and transitioned to Kanban as the product matured.

Our Czech team travelled regularly to Switzerland,and Noimos team members came to Brno. We shared ownership, kept the feedback loop short, and made decisions fast, together.
