Dominik has spent seven years building for the web and, as Tech Lead on Notum’s Falco team, guides the team in turning ideas into reliable software that works today and grows with your business.
Dominik joined Notum in October 2022 as a React frontend developer, moved into full-stack work with headless CMS platforms like Strapi, and became Tech Lead in March 2024. Before Notum, he built information systems and a custom WebRTC e-learning platform at Version Two, and started his career in software testing and PHP development at Dactyl Group.
He holds two Cisco certifications: CCNAv7 Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation, and CCNAv7 Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials.
Dominik speaks and teaches regularly. He presented Notum's Strapi-Next starter template at StrapiConf 2025 in Paris, has gone live on YouTube several times with the Strapi team, speaks at Notum Meetups, and has given lectures at Mendel University on frontend development with Next.js and backend development with headless CMS. He also contributes to open source through Notum's Strapi plugins and the Strapi-Next starter template itself.
Dominik is into cycling, specialty coffee, DJing, and photography, and he's been shooting freelance since 2016. He used to host online VirtualDJ raves. He's curious by nature, so he's capable of sacrificing an abnormal amount of time to solve any interesting problem.
