Gabriela finds the right people for Notum's client projects, drawing on almost six years of building its HR from the ground up. She also consults with Notum's HR.
Gabriela helps Notum find the right people for its client projects. She enjoys getting to know people, understanding what motivates them, and finding opportunities where both sides are a good fit. She also consults with Klára Stehlíková, Notum's HR & Finance Officer.
Gabriela has been with Notum for almost six years. She worked her way from HR Generalist to HR Manager, helping build Notum's HR processes and shape the way the company takes care of its people. She's completed courses in labor law and compensation and benefits through suHR, and attended the suHR conference in 2026.
During her time building Notum's HR, the company won Atmoskop's Employer of the Year 2026 award for small companies and placed in the Fair Employer rankings in 2024 and 2025, based on employee feedback. She's also shared her take on choosing the right employee benefits model with Alma Career.
Gabriela's always up for good food or a great cup of coffee, enjoys reading, and does her best to keep her growing collection of plants happy. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places.
Each Christmas, instead of buying presents for each other, her family donates toys to children and seniors through Daruj hračku. She's also a regular blood donor.
