Jaroslav Pavlík

Jaroslav has managed projects and programs for more than 20 years. At Notum, he owns custom web projects built on Strapi or Payload CMS and Next.js from discovery through delivery, covering project management, business analysis, and product management along the way. His working belief: every problem has a solution, and you find it by listening to the people involved. He's also building an AI assistant to take repetitive PM tasks off his plate.

Professional Background

Jaroslav is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His career started in 2005 in localization at Moravia, where he grew from localization engineer to co-leading a team of 40+ people localizing Microsoft Windows into 57 languages. He then spent nearly five years at RWS Group managing SEO projects for two client teams and leading a globally distributed team of external experts.

In software, he was a senior program manager at Red Hat, running technical programs including Fuse, SSO, Apicurio Registry, and Debezium. He then led research projects as a senior project innovation manager at Codasip, and worked as a project and delivery manager at 24i, where he onboarded key clients to a SaaS CMS.

Outside of Work

Jaroslav is into personal development, traveling, and sports. His nickname in high school was Snake (Had), and some friends still call him that.
