Lenka Kmeťová

Lenka joined Notum back in 2018 as a frontend developer and software analyst, and worked her way up to Senior Project Manager by 2021. Today, with 10 years in the field, she focuses on understanding how clients work day to day, then keeping projects transparent and on budget and schedule.

Professional Background

Teaching is a steady thread alongside her project management work. She's been with Czechitas since 2017 as an event organizer, coach, and mentor, and for six years helped build and teach Czechitas's semester-long Digital Academy: Data course, along with one-off workshops on systems analysis and databases. She also spent about three years teaching IT at a gymnázium in Česká Třebová, including training the school's teachers on using AI in the classroom.

Before Notum, she worked as a systems analyst in banking at Unicorn Systems. Earlier still, she worked as a junior systems analyst at ČD - Informační Systém

Outside of Work

Family, mountain biking, and time in the mountains fill Lenka's weekends. For the past 15 years, she's run an annual sports summer camp as a camp leader, pitching in on kitchen duty some years too.
