Libor builds modern web apps at Notum with nine years of experience, mostly in Next.js and Strapi. He works closely with designers to turn ideas into scalable, maintainable products.

Design is often where Libor’s work begins, even though his role is firmly rooted in development. With nine years of experience, he focuses on building modern web applications, primarily with Next.js and Strapi, with additional experience in Payload CMS. He works closely with designers to bridge the gap between design and development, turning ideas into scalable, maintainable digital products.
Alongside application development, Libor has a strong interest in UI, design systems, web performance, and technical SEO, with a focus on creating experiences that work well both technically and visually.
He approaches projects with curiosity, commitment, and a personal connection. For him, a project is rarely just another task to complete, he likes to understand it, shape it, and leave a piece of himself in the result.
Libor started his career as a web developer at Bravissimo Reklamní Agentura before spending more than four years at Peko Studio, where he worked as a full-stack developer with Laravel, Node.js and Vue.js.
Since May 2023, he has been working at Notum, where his work spans frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on Next.js and Strapi.
Beyond client projects, Libor contributes to the open-source ecosystem. He created the Smart Populate plugin for Strapi, designed to simplify working with complex content structures and make Strapi integrations easier to maintain.
Outside of development, Libor is a volunteer firefighter and an enthusiastic traveler who prefers discovering places beyond the usual tourist routes. He enjoys sports in almost any form and rarely stays still for long.
He describes himself as an introverted extrovert. Quiet and observant at first, but much more outgoing once he gets to know the people around him.
