Miroslav Pančík

Miroslav is a full-stack developer on the Falco team, working across systems architecture and AI agents, with a stack that spans JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, React, Python, and Strapi.

Professional Background

Before Notum, Miroslav was a software developer at Carvago.com, building Next.js and React features along with AI-driven tooling. Before that, he spent more than three years at ZPC Group as a front-end team leader on large-scale banking and insurance platforms, after joining as a front-end and low-code developer. He started his career in digital marketing and design at Unipharma's Najlekáreň, handling UX research, SEO, and web development for the pharmacy chain's online properties.

Outside of Work

Miroslav spends his free time running, hiking, and climbing via ferrata routes, and keeps up with books, tech trends, and smart home projects. He's a longtime, regular blood donor, giving plasma and platelets too, and back home near Prievidza, he helped build the mountain bike trails people still ride today.
