Ondřej co-founded Notum in 2018 and has led it as CEO ever since, with 13 years in the field. He helps clients work out what they actually need, not just what they first asked for.
Ondřej co-founded Notum in 2018 and has led it as CEO ever since, with 13 years in the field behind him. His role is to be a client’s first partner, the one who helps them work out what they actually need. He focuses on setting the collaboration up right from the start: scope, expectations, budget, and long-term support. He also connects the business side with the technical team, so the client gets a solution that makes sense for them, not just the one they first asked for.
Ondřej is also CEO and co-founder of Terapie.cz, a platform that helps people find the right psychotherapist, and he sat on the board of the Association of Software Agencies (ASWA) from 2023 to 2025.
He has given several talks in the Czech Republic on React, Strapi, and Next.js, and has co-organized Vue and Strapi meetups. Strapi profiled him in its Community Spotlight series. He also attends Strapi Conf.
Before Notum, Ondřej built QlikView apps at REDA, developed software at ARTIN and Konica Minolta, and worked as a freelance full-stack developer.
Kombucha and homemade kimchi top the list of Ondřej’s hobbies, followed by running and sci-fi of every kind: books, movies, series, and games.
