Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of complex Strapi and Next.js projects from architecture to production. You will work on enterprise websites, multi-market platforms, content-heavy applications, and internal tools where performance, maintainability, accessibility, and editor experience matter as much as clean code.

At Notum, we build mostly around Strapi, Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Our clients expect senior thinking, not just implementation. That means understanding the business context, challenging weak assumptions, communicating clearly with the team, and choosing the simplest reliable technical solution.

What you will work on

• Designing and building production-ready Strapi and Next.js applications
• Creating reusable frontend components, content models, APIs, and integrations
• Improving performance, SEO, accessibility, and long-term maintainability
• Reviewing pull requests and helping other developers raise the engineering standard
• Working directly with project managers, designers, QA, and client-side technical teams
• Contributing to internal tooling, starters, patterns, and open-source ideas when they make sense

What we are looking for

You should be comfortable making technical decisions and explaining them clearly. Strong TypeScript, React, and backend API experience are expected. Strapi experience is a strong advantage, but deep CMS, headless architecture, or Node.js experience can also be a good fit.

You know how to structure a project so that another developer can understand it six months later. You write code that is readable, testable, and easy to operate in production. You do not need someone to translate every requirement into tickets before you can move.
