We're looking for an experienced Next.js developer who's had enough of endless backlogs and wants to do development that actually means something.

What you will work on

• Designing and building production-ready Strapi and Next.js applications
• Creating reusable frontend components, content models, APIs, and integrations
• Improving performance, SEO, accessibility, and long-term maintainability
• Reviewing pull requests and helping other developers raise the engineering standard
• Working directly with project managers, designers, QA, and client-side technical teams
• Contributing to internal tooling, starters, patterns, and open-source ideas when they make sense

We're looking for you if

• You've built a few systems already and know that good code alone isn't enough, context and the why behind things matter just as much.
• You know Strapi (headless CMS), and if you don't have experience with it yet, no problem, we'll get you up to speed.
• You have infrastructure knowledge: SSR/ISR, and so on.
• You can think in context: architecture, performance, UX, team dynamics, client needs.
• You have opinions, you can back them up, and at the same time you know how to listen to others.
• You're not afraid of responsibility: when something goes wrong, you don't panic, you find a solution and move on.
• Your English is at a B2 to C1 level, because 80% of our projects are outside the Czech Republic.

• 80,000 to 160,000 CZK depending on seniority and contribution.
