We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can run software delivery with clarity, ownership, and enough technical understanding to keep projects moving without hiding behind process. You will coordinate Strapi, Next.js, React, and React Native projects for clients who expect transparent communication, reliable delivery, and a team that thinks ahead.
At Notum, project management means more than scheduling meetings. You will help translate business goals into workable delivery plans, clarify priorities, manage scope, protect team focus, and keep clients informed with useful context instead of vague status updates.
You should have experience managing digital product, software, web, or agency delivery. You do not need to code, but you must understand enough about frontend, backend, CMS, APIs, QA, deployment, and integrations to ask useful questions and detect weak plans.
You are structured, direct, and calm under pressure. You can push back on unclear scope, align different stakeholders, and help a senior technical team do focused work. You know how to use tools like Jira, Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, or similar systems without turning process into bureaucracy.
You will join a Strapi-centric agency working with startups, scaleups, and enterprise teams. Projects can include CMS rewrites, multi-market platforms, performance improvements, support retainers, and full product delivery. You will work with people who value honest guidance, transparent budgets, GitHub-first workflows, and direct communication.
This role is a strong match for someone who wants to manage technically meaningful projects, stay close to the product, and work with a team that expects ownership on both the client and delivery side.
She is as close to the Strapi C-level as anyone, going to bi-weekly meetings to hear what is currently in the making.
