Petr leads marketing at Notum with more than two decades of experience. He helps clients judge whether a headless CMS is worth it for them.

Petr leads marketing at Notum, drawing on more than two decades of experience in the field. His focus is whether moving to a headless CMS like Strapi or Payload actually makes sense for a client, what it's worth to them, and whether Notum is the right fit to deliver it.
Before Notum, Petr worked at Oracle, Kentico, Clever Analytics, Sewio, and Survio. He spent nine years at Kentico, delivering across sales, product, marketing, and customer experience, then built on that foundation as CMO at Sewio, where he helped lead the company to a successful exit in 2024. Working across all those functions taught him how to prioritize, connect teams, and drive growth.
Petr has spoken at conferences including:
He also guest lectures at Newton University and Mendel University, and speaks at events hosted by the US, Czech, and British Chambers of Commerce.
He's been a guest on the SalesBooster podcast, talking about why sales and marketing need to trust each other. His writing on customer experience and marketing technology has appeared on CMSWire, which named him a Top Contributor.
Petr is a passionate traveler, having visited more than 50 countries so far, from Canada through Israel and Iran to South Korea and Japan.
Besides travel, there's family, raising two girls with his wife, the mountains, walking (the Camino de Santiago twice, plus Camino Krk), paddleboarding, and running. He used to shoot, dance, and play board games. Now it's a bit more esoteric, like 9D breathwork sessions, plus gardening, a personal trainer at the gym three times a week (midlife crisis?), and an unshakeable Civilization VI game addiction.
Besides a dog named Lykke, a Danish-Swedish farm dog, he also keeps seven beehives (also from Denmark, Buckfast bees). He's into geopolitics and vexillology, swapping the flags flying over his house based on visitors or important dates.
He founded Trees for Bugs, an environmental initiative that has planted 3,300 trees, and also launched the Dance for Trees and Salsa in Children's Homes projects.
